Solutions Architect (Inference)

📋 Description

• Act as technical advisor to key customers, enabling AI apps with Together AI OSS models.
• Run complex demos and POCs of Together’s stack (hardware and software).
• Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support customers building AI solutions.
• Build relationships with customer leadership to ensure deployment and scaling.
• Deliver high-value feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research to evolve the platform.
• Create educational content and tooling (playbooks, blogs, demos) for internal/external use.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with at least 2 in pre-sales.
• Proven track record delivering pre-sales tech solutions with open-source inference models.
• Excellent communication; can explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions for customers.
• Strong AI/ML background; GPU tech and HPC integration.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript; experience prototyping on API platforms.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, Docker; scripting in Python/JavaScript.
