📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for fraud prevention, risk management, and
• Partner closely with clients throughout onboarding, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting
• Analyze customer requirements from both technical and functional perspectives, translating business
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges, technical environments, and success
• Manage implementation projects from planning through delivery, monitoring timelines, quality
• Own and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, SDK documentation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integration engineering
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple internal and external technical teams to deliver
• At least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in a relevant domain, such as payments, fraud prevention
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
• Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and analyzing JSON payloads for troubleshooting, validation
