Solutions Architect, Integrations

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover technical pain points in asset management.
• Lead technical discovery with prospects to map ERP/CMMS/EAM integrations.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and handoff estimates.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and assets.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews; flag risk early.
• Deliver live demos and PoCs to prospects when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Familiar with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• Proven ability to scope technical work and estimate effort.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
