Solutions Architect, Integrations

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical/operational pain in asset management.
• Lead technical discovery of ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other systems to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and estimates for handoff.
• Build and maintain library of repeatable integration patterns and assets.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews; flag risk.
• Collaborate with post-sales Integrations to refine scoping templates and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• Familiar with SaaS delivery: onboarding, post-sale deployment, and customer success.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
• Proven ability to scope technical work and translate into effort estimates.
