Solutions Architect, Integrations

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover tech and ops pain in asset management.
• Lead discovery calls to map ERP, CMMS, EAM integrations with MaintainX.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and assets.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews; flag risks to Sales.
• Deliver live demos and PoCs to prospects when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across teams.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiar with SaaS delivery: onboarding, post-sale deployment, and customer success.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
• Proven ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates.
