Solutions Architect, Integrations

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical pain points in pre-sales.
• Lead technical discovery with prospects on ERP/CMMS/EAM integrations.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and estimates.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns.
• Represent feasibility and risk in deal reviews and pricing discussions.
• Deliver live demos and PoCs; collaborate with Product/Engineering/Legal to refine messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery, onboarding, and post-sale workflows.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
