Solutions Architect, Integrations

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover tech pain points (asset management)
• Lead technical discovery on ERP, CMMS, EAM to connect to MaintainX
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and estimates for handoff
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns
• Represent feasibility in deal reviews and flag risk to Sales
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier)
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor)
• Proven ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates
