Solutions Architect - IP

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales and deployment architecture for CCaaS/CRM integrations
• Scope deployments and design tenant configurations to go-live fast
• Partner with enterprise customers to demo and deploy AI CX platform
• Work in a startup-like environment at scale within TTEC
• Own go-live timelines and ensure successful pilots
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or sales engineering (CCaaS/enterprise SaaS)
• Experience with CCaaS, CTI, SIP/RTP and CRM landscapes
• Strong pre-sales and customer-facing skills
• Ability to scope integrations and design tenant configurations
• Knowledge of CCaaS/CRM integration patterns and deployment playbooks
• Willingness to own delivery timelines and pilots
• Familiarity with AI stacks (LLMs, RAG) is a plus
