🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years OLTP experience across engineering, product, admin, and pre-sales.
• Influence OLTP product roadmap with market insight.
• Architect solutions linking transactional data with Big Data, Lakehouse & AI.
• Infra/platform admin including DR, HA, backup, scale-out, identity, security, migrations.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for debugging and problem-solving.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field.
