Solutions Architect - Modeling & Simulation (Defense)

📋 Description

• Design bespoke solution architectures, integration concepts, and CONOPS for specific DoD pursuits.
• Translate complex software into mission narratives for government engineers and evaluators.
• Act as the technical engine for BD, providing content for white papers and RFI/RFPs.
• Lead technical customer engagements, including deep-dive architecture reviews and demos.
• Liaise between Growth and Engineering/Product to align capture with roadmap.
• Conduct competitive technical analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses vs incumbents.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS, Systems Eng, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, SE, or software architecture.
• DoD environments (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS) and accreditations (ATO/IATT).
• Breadth across software architecture, data infra, AI/ML, and edge computing.
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical PMs and senior stakeholders.
• Active Secret clearance; travel up to 25%.
