Solutions Architect - Modeling & Simulation (Defense)

📋 Description

• Design bespoke solution architectures for DoD pursuits.
• Translate software capabilities into mission narratives for government engineers.
• Lead technical customer engagements and product demos.
• Act as the technical engine for BD: white papers and RFI/RFP volumes.
• Liaise Growth and Engineering/Product to align capture strategies.
• Conduct competitive technical analysis vs industry incumbents.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or software architecture.
• DoD environments knowledge: classification levels (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS) and ATO/IATT.
• Breadth across software architecture, data infrastructure, AI/ML, and edge computing.
• Proven ability to translate complex engineering concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
