• Lead architecture for Workday and adjacent platforms.
• Design Agentic AI workflows and MCP across HR tech.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Ops, Security to align with enterprise standards.
• Prototype integrations and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Own Workday environment, sandboxing, release readiness.
• Provide technical mentorship and cross-team governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years IT, 10+ years Workday, 4+ years as architect.
• Strong Workday integration, reporting, tenant governance.
• Enterprise integrations with Greenhouse, Cornerstone, ServiceNow.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI and agent frameworks.
• Proven Agile/POD delivery and tech governance.
• SOX, privacy regs, and user access controls knowledge.
• Hands-on MCP design or similar HR AI frameworks.
