📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with strategic customers; embed HX in their ecosystem.
• Design bespoke HX integrations with policy systems, data warehouses, BI, and identity providers.
• Drive adoption via value realisation plans translating delivery into measurable outcomes.
• Build AI-first consulting artefacts and reusable patterns for the SA toolkit.
• Manage delivery scope, risks, and coordinate with CS, delivery leads, and teams.
• Share patterns and codify best practices to grow the Solution Architect function.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to code to a high standard using Python.
• Delivery of SaaS platform integrations; AWS architecture and SQL a plus.
• Built and maintained positive technical relationships with IT/data stakeholders.
• Communicated technical choices and delivery progress to non-technical stakeholders.
• Post-sale or customer-facing technical experience (e.g., Junior Solution Architect, etc.).
• Used AI or automation tools to enhance quality and speed of work.
