Solutions Architect - Retail

📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy for Retail & CPG accounts with Databricks solutions.
• Act as main technical voice for up to 9 clients, guiding transformation and adoption.
• Collaborate with AE and pre/post-sales teams to demonstrate value of ML/AI.
• Mentor team members and align technical strategies with customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years selling to large Retail/CPG accounts (> $1m ARR).
• 3+ years in pre-sales or sales support.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, cloud.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven business transformation.
• 3+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle
• Production data systems maintenance and evolution experience.
