📋 Description

• Main technical voice for 1-5 clients.
• Define and direct technical strategy with the AE for ML/AI adoption.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account with team support.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in large Retail/CPG data space (> $1m ARR).
• 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales activity.
• Technical in big data, data science, and cloud.
• Data-driven business transformation and data-led change.
• 3+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP) or full lifecycle data science.
• Maintain and extend production data systems for complex customer needs.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.
