📋 Description

• Lead 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
• Guide customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks
• Implement the technical strategy in the account with aligned goals
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Retail/CPG with large accounts (> $1m ARR)
• 3+ years in pre-sales or supporting sales
• Technical in big data, data science and cloud
• Data-driven transformation and driving change with data
• 3+ years design/implementation in big data tech (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP/OLAP)
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
