Solutions Architect - Salesforce

📋 Description

• Partner with AEs and CS to design Salesforce-based solutions for complex service use cases.
• Lead technical discussions on Salesforce capabilities, translating requirements into Service Cloud designs.
• Architect scalable ticketing and case management using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Create reference architectures and reusable design patterns for support delivery.
• Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in Salesforce as SME.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in technical CRM architecture with Salesforce implementations.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud: case management, omni-channel routing, automation.
• Proven track record integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware.
• Experience designing scalable data models, sharing/security models, and automation (Flows, Apex).
• Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable architecture and plans.
• Proven success leading pre-sales design engagements and driving consensus.
