Solutions Architect (Software Implementation)

📋 Description

• Lead API Solution Design phases for customer implementations, translating business requirements
• Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs), including system architecture, API flows
• Act as the technical authority for customers, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams to validate designs
• Support and coordinate System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet
• Lead technical readiness for Go-Live, including cutover planning, validation, and post-deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Spanish OR/AND Italian language skills are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer
• Proven experience working with API and delivery tools, such as Postman, Observe, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong ability to proactively identify, assess, and clearly communicate technical risks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing multiple customers
