📋 Description

• Analyze complex enterprise workflows and translate requirements into scalable implementations.
• Lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions with clients.
• Guide clients beyond basic setup with best practices and optimized architectures.
• Act as technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Product teams to share feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Establish structure in ambiguous environments and prioritize initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client-facing, multi-phased technical implementations in SaaS.
• 4+ years in hands-on API/integration scope (REST APIs, webhooks, architectures).
• Fluency in English required; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Deep API & integration literacy with complex API docs.
• Strong systems thinking and analytical problem-solving.
• Executive-level communication skills for C-suite stakeholders.
