📋 Description

• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects evaluate and implement Caseware.
• Strategize evaluation and implementation journeys; develop project plans.
• Create and maintain demo strategies and assets that are value-driven.
• Support customer evaluations and implementations with tools and resources; track timelines.
• Assist migration strategies from existing accounting/audit platforms to Caseware cloud.
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues beyond standard support.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in Audit/Accounting/Professional Services firm performing External Audit or Assurance, or 5+ years in customer-facing SAAS role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to understand stakeholder needs.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deliverables.
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments; initiative and problem-solving.
• Sound understanding of technology within audit/accountancy, or eagerness to learn; nice-to-have Chartered Accountant with 5+ years external audit and Salesforce exposure.
