📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and challenges
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements
• Translate requirements into tailored Cayuse solutions
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Present to researchers, compliance offices, and leadership
• Articulate business value and ROI to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in research administration, sponsored programs, IRB, IACUC, clinical research, or research compliance
• Strong presentation and communication skills; experience leading customer meetings and demos
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business processes; strong organizational and project management
• Travel up to 40%
• Active participation in industry associations (NCURA, SRAI, PRIM&R, AURP, HCCA, AALAS) preferred
