📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO), and how

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain
