Solutions Consultant AI (EMEA & US)

📋 Description

• Advise customers on AI value with Frontify, translating tech into outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success across the lifecycle, offering AI expertise.
• Design solutions combining Frontify with AI tech, including agentic workflows and APIs.
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities where AI improves workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to surface trends.
• Document repeatable AI use cases and implementation patterns to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing SaaS roles; AI consulting a plus.
• Hands-on with AI tech: LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG, APIs.
• Uncover business challenges and guide discovery through solution design.
• Technical credibility with commercial awareness to qualify opportunities and show value.
• Experience with APIs/SDKs/integrations or automation; familiarity with DAM/CMS/tools.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
