📋 Description

  • Own full sales cycle across UK&I-led EMEA accounts—from cold outreach to signature.
  • Build pipeline via executive outreach, prospecting, BDRs, and Marketing campaigns.
  • Sell to COOs, VP Ops, Reliability, Eng, and Maintenance leaders using uptime metrics.
  • Navigate 6–12+ stakeholder buying committees with disciplined forecasting.
  • Provide market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to sharpen EMEA strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience.
  • Proven hunter with cold enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling £/€250K–£/€1M+ ACV deals.
  • Background selling into manufacturing, industrials, energy, utilities, or asset-intensive environments.
  • Multi-country EMEA experience with strong pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Nice to have CMMS/EAM/IoT; second European language (German/French/Dutch/Spanish).
