Solutions Consultant (EMEA & RoW)

📋 Description

• Become the go-to Frontify expert and advise internal teams on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with Sales and CS to deliver consultations and help close deals.
• Position Frontify via tailored demos and solution design.
• Advise on integrating Frontify with Figma, InDesign, CMS, and automation.
• Deepen API/SDK/extensibility expertise to solve complex challenges.
• Capture feedback to influence product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing technical role, preferably SaaS.
• Strong technical curiosity with a commercial mindset to solve complex challenges.
• Quick to master new products/concepts and become a trusted expert.
• Familiar with design/automation tools (Figma, InDesign, Make.com, n8n); APIs/SDKs a plus.
• Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and broader business impact.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
