Solutions Consultant - Estimate

📋 Description

• Lead discovery and onboarding for the Estimate Module, mapping customer workflows
• Train customers, including presenting to leadership, and drive durable adoption
• Own multiple customer relationships with calls and troubleshooting across accounts
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and route to Product or Engineering when needed
• File clear, well-documented feature requests and bugs from customer feedback
• Run UAT testing on new Estimate functionality before it reaches customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in estimating or purchasing
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Experience leading training, implementation, or onboarding for a technical audience
• Strong project management instincts
• Confidence presenting to customer leadership
• Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail
