📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to uncover customer goals, understand product development workflows, and connect
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions that show how
• Lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and guide prospective and existing customers
• Partner with customer IT and Security teams, supported by internal experts, to address security
• Bring customer feedback to Product, Support, and other cross-functional partners to inform product
• Create reusable content and resources that help customers get more from Figma and scale the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years positioning software in presales within the
• Experience selling to or working within product development teams across design, engineering, or
• Proven ability to lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and deliver compelling
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs
• Strong prioritization skills, balancing competing customer demands with business needs
