Solutions Consultant, Payload

📋 Description

• Paint Payload vision in the Figma Platform with demos.
• Support Sales by answering Payload/Figma questions and showcasing value.
• Own IT and Security relationships; address security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product/Support to enhance security and influence roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales; connect customers, sales and product.
• Provide timely technical support to customers and agency partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting in SaaS.
• Position technology in pre-sales; define success criteria and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation; tailor demos for technical/business audiences.
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS, frontend development, and modern dev workflows.
• Proven ability to learn new tech and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Payload or CMS/DXP is a plus.
