🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulations.
• Experience translating business needs into technical recommendations.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher.
