📋 Description

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate Ramp products to existing customers.
• Design scalable Ramp architecture using APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS.
• Act as technical advisor, guiding integration and configuration without coding.
• Troubleshoot ERP/integration blockers with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion.
• Support Account Managers on technical workstreams; faster time-to-value during rollouts.
• Be a subject matter expert across accounting systems; advocate for integration development with Product/Partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or similar SaaS/fintech role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture; able to explain concepts to finance/operations stakeholders.
• Experience running product demos and translating complex capabilities into business value.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
