📋 Description

• Partner with Account Managers to demo Ramp and build expansion cases.
• Evaluate requirements for expansion via ROI and use-case analyses.
• Design Ramp architecture using APIs, ERP, HRIS integrations.
• Advise on integration and configuration, no coding required.
• Troubleshoot ERP/integration blockers across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Oracle.
• Support Account Managers on technical workstreams for faster rollout value.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field
• Hands-on ERP experience: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Oracle Fusion
• APIs, integration architecture comfort; explain concepts to finance/ops stakeholders
• Experience running product demos and translating tech to business value
• Strong communication; able to guide customers toward scalable approaches
