🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience guiding cross-functional project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Understanding pharma processes, regulations, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into technical recommendations; analytical.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher; Bachelor's degree in related field.
