Solutions Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Engage with customers during the import of key data elements during the implementation process
• Review import files for appropriate field mapping, data content and file formatting
• Perform QA on the data once imports have been run or the API integration is complete
• Document and review processes associated with the implementation and content delivery, driving for
• Utilize AI systems to enhance processes, tools, and drive efficiency in customer projects
• Become an expert on the Total Expert platform, integrations and interdependencies to assist with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable
• 3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment
• Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data
• Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
