• Establish governance and quality standards to ensure CSAT and NRR.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software implementation or related field.
• 4+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles in SaaS/B2B.
• Proven multi-ERP deployments (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strategic process design with scalable methodologies and KPIs.
• Strong mentorship and people leadership.
• Executive presence in C-level engagements and negotiations.
• Domain expertise in procurement, finance, AP, or supply chain.
