  • Triage, diagnose and resolve complex customer issues across systems.
  • Lead cross-functional incident response; assist RCAs and postmortems.
  • Maintain internal docs, runbooks, and customer-facing knowledge base.

  • Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with APIs and service-based applications.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certs ok).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
