Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their payment stack, requirements, and
• Run product demos and deliver technical presentations to engineering and product audiences.
• Design payment orchestration solutions and integration architectures tailored to each merchant.
• Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence with Sales.
• Own the end-to-end implementation, from kickoff and integration plan to testing and go-live.
• Guide merchant developers through Yuno's APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and payment method configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• +4 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical implementation, or
• Hands-on technical skills: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, HTTP debugging, and at least one programming
• Payments knowledge: gateways, PSPs, acquirers, card networks, 3DS, tokenization, refunds
• Experience running technical conversations with both engineering teams and commercial stakeholders.
