Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth, confident experience from setup
• Guide customers through integrations across banking, capital, cards, bill pay, and intelligence
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to troubleshoot issues and streamline
• Create and improve onboarding processes, documentation, and checklists to support scale
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while keeping customers informed and confident
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers — translating complex workflows into clear action steps and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or solutions roles — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply and build trust with finance and
• Process-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfortable working with Product and Engineering to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Quick learner with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, and financial systems
• Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-moving, startup environment
