Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own pre-sales technical discovery and demos for enterprise deals.
• Lead integration scoping/design (APIs, TMS/ERP/WMS) and handoff docs.
• Own RFP/RFI and security questionnaire responses; build reusable library.
• Design and run proof-of-value pilots with success criteria.
• Drive sales enablement - train AEs, build battlecards, demo env.
• Channel field gaps to Product/Engineering with clear prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• API/integration fluency: docs, Postman or curl, REST/webhooks/auth.
• Discovery/scoping instincts to translate needs into clear integration designs.
• Executive presence with VP/C-suite buyers - calm and credible.
• Demo craft to build tailored presentations; treat every demo as a product.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Eng, Product, and Customer Success.
