📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical resource supporting sales and account strategies.
• Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution discussions for strategic accounts.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to customer requirements, requests, and RFx.
• Connect product management, engineering, and sales; lead cross-functional alignment.
• Support positioning and adoption of advanced mobility assurance solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years with telecom vendors in pre-sales or technical consulting roles.
• 8+ years in IP/telecom service providers in senior network roles.
• Proven experience with major regional wireless carriers.
• Strong knowledge of RAN and Core networks (3G, LTE, 5G NSA/SA).
• Deep understanding of IP, SS7, LTE/EPC, VoLTE, VoIP, SNMP protocols.
