📋 Description

• Pre-Sales Engineering: Engage with customers across pre-sales, proof-of-concept, and technical
• Design proof-of-concept scope and success criteria
• Provide technical advisory to existing customers on expansion opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
• Produce technical documentation and run product demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical implementation role
• Comfortable discussing IT infrastructure at a high level, including Linux fundamentals and mobile
• Structured approach to problem-solving and gathering information
• Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing across multiple concurrent customers
• Takes privacy and ethical use of technology seriously
• Self-starter who improves systems around them
