🎯 Requirements

2–4+ years in solutions engineering, implementation, or similar.
Proven ability turning SOPs into actionable workflow diagrams.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Experience governing processes to encourage adoption.
JSON, rules engines, and branching logic familiarity.
Strong communication and requirements gathering skills.
Familiarity with BPMN, Lucidchart, or Visio.
Logistics or supply chain experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
