Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop mastery of every integration we offer — the full set of features, every existing partner
• Build an end-to-end understanding of Koalafi's products beyond the integration layer: how an
• Own each new integration end to end; starting with Discovery and continuing through the build, QA
• Keep our existing implementations running by supporting rollouts to new merchants and partnering
• Be the first line of defense for any partner submitted issues, leveraging observability tools to
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to identify enhancement opportunities in existing

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns; experience with
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and software architecture — enough to reason about
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., GoLang, JavaScript, Python)—enough to
• Able to write SQL queries and use other troubleshooting tools (e.g. Elastic, Fullstory, Postman) to
• Eagerness to leverage AI tools to assist with initial triage and investigation.
