📋 Description

  • Lead technical engagements across the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale.
  • Act as trusted advisor shaping client strategy and solution architecture.
  • Design and deliver tailored demos and scenario-based demonstrations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and advise on API and offline product strategies.
  • Lead integration and onboarding for new customers with hands-on support.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and align training.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in GIS/Geography/CS/Engineering
  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Proven pre-sales track record
  • Geospatial domain expertise in engineering/construction/property/geospatial
  • Advanced proficiency with APIs and Python; web GIS
  • Experience with ArcGIS or QGIS
