Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Bridge between enterprise clients and Xendit product/engineering.
• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to drive technical wins in complex sales.
• Architect payment solutions across 7-market licensed infra and guide integration.
• Lead discovery, architecture, demos, and ensure technical credibility.
• Travel as needed to client sites.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in client-facing technical role (payments/fintech/SaaS).
• Strong APIs, webhooks, and SDKs knowledge; read code samples.
• Familiar with payment flows, acquiring, FX, payouts.
• Experience with regional/global enterprise clients.
• Technical Fluency: bridge business and engineering; whiteboard architecture.
• Client-Facing Presence: comfortable presenting to CTOs and lead engineers.
