Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants: map their stack and checkout flow to Sezzle
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant stakeholders
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and plugins (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento
• Write technical proposals and complete RFP/security responses
• Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK implementation, in-app checkout, and webview handoff
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch; ensure checkout flow, widgets

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineering, sales engineering
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android; guide merchant mobile developers
• Experience with enterprise merchants and complex, multi-stakeholder integrations
• Hands-on REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API docs
• Web tech knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix) and
