Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Technical owner of merchant relationships from first sales to live integration and beyond.
• Work with enterprise and strategic merchants on custom integrations across web, mobile, and
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope needs and design integrations.
• Lead pre-sales: demos, architecture discussions, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
• Bridge technical and business teams; communicate complex details to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, etc.).
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
• Hands-on REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API documentation.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Wix and their payment integrations.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows: cart, checkout, payments, refunds, shipping.
