Own technical discovery for prospective merchants: understand their stack and checkout flow
Lead product demos for merchant engineering and business stakeholders
Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins
Write technical proposals, RFPs, and security responses
Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDKs, in-app checkout, webview handoff
Validate integrations in sandbox/production before launch

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, etc.)
Experience with mobile SDKs on iOS/Android and guiding mobile developers
Enterprise merchant support for complex integrations with custom stacks
REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API docs
Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiar with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix
