Collaborate with PS Project and Customer Success to kickoff engagements.
Drive customer adoption with remote and onsite discovery, design, deployment sessions.
Advocate and optimize configurations with best practices.
Automate tasks using REST API and scripting.
Share knowledge and provide cross-functional support to teams.

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years of IT professional or software engineer experience.
2+ years in IT operations, including systems administration, networking, and DevOps.
1+ years scripting/programming in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
Subject matter expert in Windows/Linux, networking, security, or cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proficiency with HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.
Willingness to travel 10-20%.
