📋 Description

• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform
• Support the sales process by becoming an expert in D2L products and services, including
• Prepare and present tailored product demonstrations to a variety of stakeholders
• Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to understand infrastructure, needs, and potential
• Provide feedback to product management teams regarding use cases and trends
• Create technical documentation and materials for prospects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Brightspace user either as an administrator or an instructor
• Experience in a higher education institution in an edtech role is advantageous
• Comfort with other learning management systems and learning platforms that might integrate with the
• Deep interest in education and educational technology
• Very comfortable presenting complex education and technology concepts to a variety of stakeholders
• Highly engaging in person and virtually
