Build knowledge of Lean’s products, APIs, and integration patterns.
Support client implementations and guide integrations from sandbox to production.
Troubleshoot API issues and escalate high-risk problems.
Tailor technical guidance to client goals and use cases.
Communicate clearly with clients and keep them informed.
Own assigned workstreams and help launches and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, or similar client-facing role.
Comfortable with REST APIs and debugging integration issues.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is required.
Highly accountable, organized, and proactive; manage multiple workstreams.
Familiarity with payments, fintech, or bank integrations is a plus.
